Our Comprehensive Doula Package

Our Comprehensive Care Package supports women through their pregnancy, labor, and childbirth, and then into the postpartum period and breastfeeding journey.

This package includes:

• A birth doula of your choosing (value: $1200)
• A Childbirth Education Class (either our 5-week course or the weekend intensive class) (value: $350)
• A Breastfeeding Workshop (value: $75)
• A Becoming Parents Workshop (value: $75)
• An in-home lactation visit once baby arrives (value: $125)
• A 4th Trimester/Postpartum Workshop (value: $75)

Cost: $1600 (Actual value of package is $1900)

Our Postpartum Doula Package

Our Postpartum Doula Package includes:

Base: 10 hours of postpartum doula support ($360): in-home support from a compassionate postpartum doula: this can include, but is not limited to:

• Holding baby while you sleep/shower
• Listening to and answering baby or breastfeeding related questions
• Supporting parents in bathing, swaddling and skin-to-skin
• Making a nutritious meal
• Other general support you may need

(These hours can be organized in any way that the parents and support person wish for an includes daytime hours only. Overnight hours can be arranged at a slightly higher hourly rate.)
