Are you looking for a chance to get in some self-care? A little stretching, strengthening, and work on your abdominal muscles and pelvic floor? Yoga after having a baby is a style of yoga that addresses the physical, mental and emotional challenges of being a new mother, as well as the aftermath of pregnancy. Classes specifically concentrate on rebuilding core strength by focusing on restoring Diastasis Recti (Abdominal Separation) and pelvic floor health; releasing tension in the upper and lower body by incorporating both active and passive poses synced with mindful breath. Classes also address common issues and concerns that may arise in this new chapter of life.

Led by Eurika Jankauskaite, she is a Registered Yoga Teacher through Yoga Alliance. She holds certifications in both Prenatal/Postnatal and Restorative Yoga. Eurika’s teaching style is based on Classical Hatha with a fusion of contemporary branches to best serve the body and mind of today’s modern world. For Eurika, it is important to approach yoga by practicing it in a non-competitive space and create an environment where it can be practiced safely. Inside her classroom the space is used to empower and inspire all to take responsibility for their own physical and mental health through the practice of yoga. She strongly believes that yoga is in everybody and yoga is for everybody. Yoga is a very powerful gateway to one’s personal transformation and it will embrace you no matter where you are at on your personal journey.
