The postpartum period can be a challenging time in your life and your baby does not come with an instruction manual! Also, the changes a woman goes through after birth can effect her physical and mental resilience, and in turn, the partnership of the couple involved. Join us to discuss all of these changes and to ask a professional all of your burning questions.
