During this workshop, you will learn how to safely and effectively use essential oils in pregnancy, labor/birth, post birth, and with your children.

With all the information out on the internet it is so hard to really know how to safely and effectively use essential oils for yourself and your family. Come to this 90 minute educational workshop to understand what essential oils are and how to use them appropriately, especially for families expecting or who have young children. Detailed handouts are provided as well as a quick reference guide. We will also make a roller ball with therapeutic grade essential oils.
