Our April 24th Perimenopause Seminar is full !
Due to this high demand for our first workshop, we have scheduled our second Permenopause Seminar for:
Thursday, June 5th, 2025 6:30 pm - 9:00 pm
Have you heard the buzz about perimenopause? Symptoms can begin in your early 40s and can range from irregular periods to insomnia, joint pain, and many others. Come hear Maja Luke and Irene Yankellow speak, in person, about sexual wellness, how it can change , and options to explore in perimenopause.
This talk will explore an integrative medicine approach to sexual health in midlife, focusing on the hormonal, emotional, and relational changes that occur during perimenopause. Attendees will learn evidence-based strategies—ranging from lifestyle and nutrition to mind-body therapies and botanicals—for supporting sexual wellbeing and managing common perimenopausal symptoms.
Profound hormonal changes are a hallmark of menopausal transition. Menopausal hormonal therapy is scientifically proven to be the most effective modality to treat a variety of menopausal symptoms while providing a wide array of other health benefits. Sexual health is often significantly impacted by menopausal transition. We will review common sexual health concerns in midlife as well as a range of interventions to cope with those concerns.
Refreshments, snacks, and swag bags will be included.
Cost: $50, seats are limited to 20 people
